Current Projects

Staying busy is a great way to enjoy life. Better yet if you find ways to help spend time with others you will never have time to get depressed. Mildred is the best example to me and she is willing to give me ideas of things to do if she sees me not engaged in some activity. She spends individual time with one grandchild every week were they get her full attention and then also spends time with them together. She is the best loved by them for that. I have 2 projects that I have started this year. For a long time I have wanted to make a casting of one of my carvings out of some silver I have collected. I finally got a mold made out of plaster and did some test pours. It was a good start and hoping to improve on the proccess. The second project is trying to write a journal/history for my children. I tried this before but without making progress because I coul't get a outline to do it. The answer came to me when I decided to make a goal to read the Book of Mormon this year. I decided to us it. I copy a chapter and then start to write me feelings or tell stories of my life that the verse made me think of. It might take a couple of years to complete it but when I do I lan to get it printed for them. I'm sure that it will let them know how much the scripture are a part of their parents lives.
